HOW CAN I HELP ISUBILO?
Thinking of visiting Isubilo?
A number of people young and old have come from several countries to help as volunteers with Isubilo. This has been a very enriching experience for all, and a help in the many activities of Isubilo. There are limited places, and there is no set programme for volunteers.
If you are interested in visiting or volunteering, please apply by emailing to info@isubilo.org. There is a visitors' guide available which includes all the information you will need in order to plan your visit to us.
Financial help
Although we are trying to introduce elements of fund generating into the ongoing life of Isubilo to encourage as much self-sufficiency as possible, there will be need for financial help for a good while to come. The long-term prospects seem still to indicate an increase in help needed. We are a faith-based organisation and much of our funding comes from individuals and churches, though from time to time we have access to funding from aid organisations. The ongoing running costs are rising with the cost of living increasing and the global rise in food and basic commodity prices. We appreciate any help that can be given to be more effective in alleviating suffering and poverty.

Prayer
As a faith-based organisation, we do not underestimate the power and efficacy of prayer and are always grateful for the many prayers on behalf of our clients as well as the staff. The spiritual aspect of the care we provide as well as the practical is strongly enhanced by collective prayer.
